We had a lovely time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a quick stroll to Xcel Energy Center. My daughter and I enjoyed the cozy beds and the friendly vibe from the staff made us feel right at home.
My daughter wished the parking situation could improve.

Great location near restaurants and the Xcel Center. The valet service was great. they had my car ready and warmed up.

missingWrote a review on 23 Novclogged tub
Unfortunately, the issues I encountered were pretty frustrating. The blinds in the room didn’t work properly, leading to privacy concerns as they got stuck down for a portion of my stay. Additionally, the bathroom tub clogged up and never got fixed despite notifying the desk. For anyone driving themselves, the competing hotel across the street offers a better parking situation, which can be irritating. Overall, while the facilities were appealing at first glance, these inconveniences put a damper on my experience.

I appreciated the tasteful decor and spacious common areas, which felt welcoming and accessible. The staff were attentive, assisting with my luggage and providing thoughtful recommendations for nearby attractions. Overall, the atmosphere was delightful for relaxation.
More parking options would be helpful for seniors.

excellent proximity to Xcel Energy Center, convenient on-site valet service, nearby restaurants within walking distance
Why is there no microwave in the room? The trek to the lobby for coffee is absurd!!! Fix the cash payment policy if you're going to misinform guests!!!

Had a fantastic stay with a group of friends! We enjoyed visiting the Xcel Energy Center and checking out the local scenery. The staff were super helpful and the hotel had beautiful decor. Just keep in mind that valet parking is the only option, so budget for that. Overall, a great place for a fun getaway!
The only downside was that the pool room wasn't well-ventilated, which was a bit uncomfortable. Some kids were coughing while we were there.

Perfect for xcel center events!
Had a nice stay for 4 nights. The staff were super friendly and my room was clean with a fridge. Loved that we could walk to the Xcel Center for the hockey games, super convenient! Breakfast had good options too, like eggs and waffles. Just wish they had some off-street parking available. Overall, a solid spot!

We had a Queen room with two beds, and it was super clean and comfy. The fridge was a nice touch, and the breakfast had a ton of tasty options. Location was perfect for us since we walked to the Xcel Energy Center for games. But we had to pay for valet parking, which stung a little. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
